GETTING STARTED

1) You will need a Clearblue Fertility Monitor and test sticks. These are available locally on www.motherandbaby.ie. They are also available from Amazon and other healthcare suppliers/pharmacies. I would also recommend purchasing some LH test strips also. Don't worry, I'll show you how to use it all!

2) Look at the different packages available and choose one that best suits your needs. Get in touch using our chat function or the “contact me” page. We will arrange an appointment time for the teaching session. You will receive charts and the user manual in an email. I will teach you how to use the Clearblue monitor, along with a short biology lesson, and give you the Marquette Method's protocol that is 98-99% effective.

3) Start charting! Every day, test your hormone levels. Your Clearblue monitor will give you the result, and that's it! No mucus monitoring or temperatures unless you want to.

4) Follow ups scheduled at one month, three months and six months after the initial session, to check in on how you're doing. Unlimited email consults are included for six months. I am here to support you.
